Yes. With Kontiki it is one of Netanya's two beaches to learn on: sand, a soft wave, shelter from the groynes and surf schools on the beach.
When does Sironit work?
A small to moderate swell with an east wind, October to April. On a big day it closes out and Beit Yanai or Poleg hold better.
How do you get to Sironit beach?
From the Netanya promenade by the lift or the stairs down the cliff; park in the Sironit beach car park at the top or in the city streets.
